How long does shipping take?

Orders are shipped within 1-2 days of confirmed order (excluding holidays and weekend). Delivery from mail carrier typically takes 2-7 business days.

I need to change my shipping address. What can I do?

Please notify us immediately. Your order will be cancelled and refunded and a new order with the correct shipping address will need to be submitted. In an event that your order is cancelled, we cannot refund the processing fee paid to third-party merchants such as PayPal, Klarna, Affirm etc. Please make sure your shipping address is accurate when submitting the order. What is your return policy?

All sales are FINAL. We carefully photograph each item from multiple angles and clearly document any noticeable flaws in both images and written descriptions. Because photos are an important part of the listing, we encourage you to zoom in and review them closely before making your purchase.

Are your items authentic?

Yes, all items listed for purchase are 100% authentic. Every piece we offer is carefully examined and verified before being listed. You'll find clear images of the heat stamp and date code included with each product. Some items do not have a date code because they are newer microchipped items or vintage predate code items. For added assurance, you're welcome to share these images with a trusted third-party authenticator to confirm authenticity prior to purchase.
